ReplyDeleteI have bought a Soocoo C30 action camera and received it yesterday. I have inserted a class 10 64GB Samsung memory SD card into the camera, but every time i start the camera up I always get the message "PLEASE INSERT SD CARD". I have installed the card 20-30 times, but I still get the same message / problem. There is no way I can get the camera to recognize / accept the card. Without a accepted memory card, the camera is quite useless. What shall I do, any suggestions.

Put the sd card in, when it says insert card, press the button on the front of the camera to get into the menu. Scroll to format and format the card, then it will work.
